Rates are flat delivery-through-pickup pricing for Austin-area rentals with the listed tonnage included. Denver and San Antonio pricing may vary slightly — call for your area’s exact rate.
Overage is billed at $75/ton. The most common way projects go over is mixing heavy material (concrete, brick, tile) in with lighter general debris in one container — keeping heavy material in its own dumpster keeps the general debris container under its limit. We can set you up with multiple labeled containers (concrete, scrap, C&D) on one site so your crew always knows where each material goes. Read the full breakdown of how to avoid overage fees →
Rentals include 14 days. Need it longer? It’s $5/day after that — just let us know, no need to guess at the start.
Yes, call us and we’ll swap it out. But if you’re unsure between two sizes, sizing up is usually cheaper than paying for an extra haul — the difference between a 20 and 30-yard is smaller than the cost of a second delivery.
No deposit — rentals are fully pre-pay, so payment is what gets your delivery on the schedule. The exception is our Contractor Program: eligible accounts go through a credit check for net terms, which skips the prepay requirement entirely.
Concrete, brick, and dirt are heavy relative to volume, so a size that looks right by eye can still hit its weight limit fast. Tell us if your project includes concrete/masonry and we’ll recommend the right container mix instead of one oversized dumpster.

Generally Allowed
Household junk, furniture, wood, drywall, roofing debris, yard waste, and general construction & demolition material.
Restricted or Extra Fees
Tires, mattresses, paint cans, batteries, appliances with refrigerant, and hazardous or regulated material (including asbestos — see our asbestos disposal guide). Ask us if you’re unsure about something specific.
Every rental includes up to 14 days as standard. Need it longer? Extensions are available at a small daily rate — just let us know before your window closes.
If it stays entirely on your own property (driveway, yard, job site), a permit typically isn’t required. If it needs to sit on the street or another public right-of-way, most cities require one — see our ROW permit guide for Austin and Denver, or ask us when you book.
Use our free size calculator, or call us and describe the project — we size hundreds of jobs a month and can usually recommend the right dumpster in under a minute.
Overage is billed per ton at a flat rate specific to your dumpster size — see the individual size page for exact pricing. Tell us what you’re disposing of up front and we’ll help you size correctly so you’re not surprised.
Same-day delivery is available in most cases across Austin, Denver, and San Antonio. We own our own fleet, so there’s no waiting on a broker to line up a truck.
Not on your own — a loaded roll-off is heavy and moving it can damage your driveway or the container itself. If you need it repositioned, call us and we’ll come move it.
