Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I go over the included tonnage?
Overage is billed at $75/ton. The most common way projects go over is mixing heavy material (concrete, brick, tile) in with lighter general debris in one container — keeping heavy material in its own dumpster keeps the general debris container under its limit.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Rentals include 14 days. Need it longer? It’s $5/day after that — just let us know, no need to guess at the start.
Can I get the wrong size and swap it later?
Yes, call us and we’ll swap it out. But if you’re unsure between two sizes, sizing up is usually cheaper than paying for an extra haul — the difference between a 20 and 30-yard is smaller than the cost of a second delivery.
Is there a deposit?
$50, fully refundable. If your date needs to move and you give us 8+ days notice it’s fully refunded; inside 2-7 days it converts to a rain-check toward a future rental.
What if my project generates a lot of concrete or heavy debris?
Concrete, brick, and dirt are heavy relative to volume, so a size that looks right by eye can still hit its weight limit fast. Tell us if your project includes concrete/masonry and we’ll recommend the right container mix instead of one oversized dumpster.
